Front License Plate Bracket

Anybody have one or know where I can get a new or close-to-new front license plate bracket for my '03 Neon SXT? Stupid Ohio plate regulations... Stupid Pennsylvania dealerships that don't give you one.

I have one off my 04 you can have. Never been on the car.

Well, I still have the temp tags on it, but I know with this village I live in, the cops are always looking for something to cite.

I'd rather be safe than sorry.
