Gauging Interest - 15" Steelies with Snow Tires - Pictu

Post your Neon or Neon parts for sale here. This would also be the forum to post in if you find an interesting Neon for sale, such as an R/T or ACR.

Gauging Interest - 15" Steelies with Snow Tires - Pictu

Post by Diablo0 »

I'm not sure if I really want to keep them now or not since where we're moving they don't have much in the way of snow each year, maybe once if that a year. Anyone interested in them around here? They're 15" steelies I bought through TireRack wrapped with Pirelli Winter 210 SnowSport 195/55HR-15 tires. Tread life still looks brand new as they were only used for two winter seasons. Steel wheels still look brand new as well.

I paid a tad under $600 for everything (597.55 to be exact). Looking to get maybe $300 out of them since like I said, they still look brand new.

Anyone interested... I'm still a little unsure if I want to get rid of them or not :-?

I'll be living here in Cincinnati until the 25th so if you're interested anytime before that would be the best time to get them as after that they'll be in South Carolina sitting and colleting dust for most of the year.

Bump for a good deal...

If they were 14's, I'd be interested in getting the snow tires to use w/ my R/T wheels on my daily in the winter...oh well, good luck w/ the move coming up! :)

Not sure yet... another person wants me to check on that as well, hopefully I'll get to throwing them on the white car to check and make sure they'll clear the calipers okay. If anything you'll probably need to use a 5mm spacer that you can pickup at ModernPerformance.

Bump for pictures and yah, I threw one on the white car to see if they'd clear the SRT calipers and they don't. Even tried them with 5mm spacers and they still dont' clear :( They just barely rub from what it looks like... shucks.

Yah, aparently the PT steelies work but I didn't have the white car at the time I got these so I had no reason to try and get the PT wheels :(
