srt setup on 01 r/t

I'm pretty sure i need a adaptor for the manifold to fit but i cant find one. I seen one like a year ago on poorboyracing.com or something like that but I cant find the web site now. If anybody knows where I could get one I would really like the help its one of the few parts I have left to get. Thanks for any help.
