I got a NEW job!!!

THEY called me eariler this week or last offering me a job, I said sure and they wanted me to come in for an interview. Went to the interview yesterday after work and they hired me on the spot. Today I got a call asking when a good time to come in for a drug test and fingerprinting so it's official... 2 more weeks of my current shit hole and I'm out. I can't wait to give my resignation to my manager on monday and see the look on his face b/c don't even suspect me looking for another job

Ontop of that my old boss (the other guy that knows what I know... i takeover for him when he's out since no one else knows what we know)... he's going to be quitting very soon also... they're so screwed and I'm so HAPPY

Haha, I put my notice in today

... their response was funny. I even got into a good arguement with my manager over how he's running the department lol

Funny how when you bitch a month ago about how you have to stay 2 hours late on Mondays waiting for only 5-10min of work, they dont' listen to you. Even told them they could easily pass it off onto 2nd shift so I can lose my overtime and get out at a decent time and not sit at my desk with my feet propped up just waiting. So today I bitched since I felt in a bitch mood b/c who cares... i be out dis bitch soon hehe. They still gave me the same bullshit about how there are politics involved, they just can't tell them to do it one day and it's done. I knew it was just BS b/c 2nd already knows how to do it, it's not like their process is going to come crashing down just because one person has to do 2-3 more things that don't take more than 5 min. So today, after me sitting and waiting into overtime for 1.5 hours... manager comes over to see how everyone is doing and asks me which I tell him that i'm just waiting for the other people to finsih. Then he walks away, then comes back and tells me that 2nd will finish it up for me and I can go.

WOW... in 30seconds of talking to the 2nd shift manager, all the politics have been worked out.... damn WTF we they doing for those 2 months, must have been some huge contract and formal meetings. Imagine how things get accomplished so fast when you tell them you tell them youre qitting.

Oh I fucking hate this job

Yeah it is funny. Just now I found out the lady that I've been training doesn't like working here already after we keep mentioning how bad the raises are each year. I'm talking 14 - 25 cent raises, and thats with an excellent review.

haha, you need a job BAD phil! all you do right now is mess around with Halo2 blowing the warthog over hills and such with those exploding canisters
