WTB: MTX Neon, 1st or 2nd gen

What's going on guys? I recently sold my '98 R/T coupe and it's killing me, I NEED another Neon. 
I've got $4,000 to spend, maybe a little more if I think the car's worth more than that......
I'd rather have a slightly modded car, stockers are ok though and I'd consider highly modded cars, but it will be used as a daily driver so I'd prefer ps and ac left on the car.
