Okay, should see a pretty large improvement on how many spam bots get through now

Already had one of those and actually had one for quite some time now
I added in an e-mail validation mod that before the member even registers the mod checks the validity of their email address on their mail server to make sure it exists. If it doesn't exist then they can't complete the registration, if it does then it goes through like normal.
I also disabled the website field in the registration as well as the signature. Bots automatically try to enter data in those fields such as their spam website. When they attempt to do it now it throws a red flag and an e-mail is dispatched to me or Vinny notifying us of the attempt. However, the registration still doesn't go through so... no spam
The last thing I did which is pretty simple but looks to be effective. It asks if you're Human or not. Stupid, I know but thats a question that bots aren't programmed for since they typically only enter the basic information or anything to get them registered. Without them answering this questions the registration is stopped and fails
Hopefully that'll bring a close to most of the spam now
