No picture, but they're probably shitty coilover sleeves to put on hacked up stock struts, in which case they didn't forget a zero, they moved the decimal point to the right too far.

The ONLY coilover sleeves wirth getting are Ground Control, and even then you need at least stock Konis to get enough dampening, however, revalved Konis are generally recommended for something like that.
