BEWARE THOSE WHO TRAVEL CINCY HIGHWAYS

From what I hear cops are out in force this month looking for speeders. I saw no less than 5 cars pulled over within a quarter mile near Smith/Edwards on 71N around noon yesterday, with two more cops lined up on the ramp from Dana clocking. Today I saw four cars pulled over in the same quarter mile stretch.
I also heard that the 50mph construction zone on the northern side of 275 is another hot spot, and that in the next few weeks they will be patrolling with a Hamilton County Sheriff helicopter. Supposedly they already have the lines on the road marked.
The entire Ohio side of greater Cincinnati is going to have stepped up patrols from Staties, Sheriffs and local PD.
Be careful, and watch your ass!

They do it maybe once a year, will have a month where they step up patrols. They often issue a press release about stuff like that, they aren't always a surprise.

I drive through that stretch on 275 everyday to go to work and the only cops i see are the ones watching the construction guys. But nonetheless good looking out vinny.

I don't know if it was because of stepped up patrols or not, but I got pulled over for 9 over on 275 near Milford the other night and got pulled out of the car for the whole field sobriety/breathalyser experience....

Im sorry to hear that Vinny. I guess I should just count my blessings for not getting pulled over in more than a year.

yea that sux vin. My pops told me that Cops dont need probable cause anymore to search your car or you when they pull you over. So they can search as they see fit. So be carefull everyone

I didn't get a ticket or anything though, I'm pretty sure he was looking for drunks not speeders, and used my 9 over just to pull me over and check me out. I haven't got a ticket since 2004 *knocks on wood*
