Broken SunRoof

this winter my sunroof broke and it was stuck open so I had to take it off the tracks and bolt it down and I took out the fuse so it wouldnt accidently try to open it. According to neons.org this is a common thing. does anybody know how to fix it. It seems like something is getting stuck on the left side or its belt has snapped or something.

Neither of my Neon's had sunroofs so I never had to mess with one personally.

I did that but I was going about 150 and poped open.
