how long til I can post in the "for sale?"

I am new to TRSN (been a member of neons.org since 03). How long or how many posts do I need to be able to post in the "For Sale" board? It keeps telling me I don't have the authority or whatever yet. I have a lot of parts and a car for sale and I really want to post them. Please let me know. Thanks!
