Most likely black '00-03 neon dropped down spoiler...and fader tint on the windows definitely dropped possibly bagged... columbus indiana i drive my 96 past everyday...on the way home...

Yeah thats exactly what it is and its bagged too the guy was leaving from work one night... and i met up with him at the gas station across the street... he showed me what it had and i can't explain the gauges but damn! my 1st gen can still win though...
