Remove them and make sure you clean the parts REALLY good or else the paint won't stick, then I just used Krylon Fusion paint. It's a paint you can find about anywhere nowadays that's made for plastic. Let the pieces dry for a while then reinstall them and hopefully not regret it a few months later ...
