Red Neon with SRT-4 parts

I was at Kroger on 3C the other night and there was a red Neon with an SRT-4 nose that didn't appear to be attached right on the sides and it had the rear bumper as well and aftermarket taillights. It didn't have the wing or the hood though.

Cantley's junkyard has a few turbo DSM's still with some turbo parts such as the intercoolers and on occasion they have turbo Mopars as well.

Reminds me of my Shelby Z's. Last year I almost bought an Omni GLH for $300, but it needed too much work to get it to daily driver status. I really cannot stand any Omni, but I still would love to get a GLHS and beef it up to around 500 horsepower and remove the GLHS parts to make it look like your ...

I wash mine almost every day, but tonight was the first in a long time that I also dried it off. It was still chilly, but not too much to keep me from drying it for a change. I'm glad I was able to get my personalized plate, usually everything I've wanted was already taken. The first few I checked f...

It is indeed now officially confirmed, the Iceman CAI is still available under the Mopar Performance label and can be purchased from Summit Racing. Here is a direct link to it on their website: http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=DCC%2D5007031&N=700+4294908110+4294...

I take things as they are written/said, your making assumptions and reading things that aren't there. Look at my first post in this thread, I seperated the stock R/T time from the comment directed to you, this was to seperate the fact that the first part was not directed at you. Regardless you came ...

My step-brother recently ordered the Mopar Performance CAI for his '99 R/T through Summit (the one pictured on their website is the MP/Iceman CAI) and it is supose to be the Iceman CAI that MP called their own. When he gets it I will let you know if it truely is the real CAI and not the hot air inta...

There is a small fix it ticket and they will check if they think it doesn't have one and if they feel like it. I know of at least one that was checked due to the exhausts sound, but on the other hand I have a friend that has had 2 different catless cars (slow Eclipse and now a WRX) with full open ex...

A stock 1st gen. R/T runs the 1/4 in 15.9 seconds.

I'm guessing your run was hindered by the camera since the 10-100mph run was 15 seconds long and the first 10mph's couldn't last but maybe a half second to a second.

Welcome, and very nice SRT-4!

First off you need an oil catch can for the PCV valve line and a set of MSD Super Conductor plug wires to replace the tiny stock wires that are known to get baked by the turbo, at least the #4 plug wire is. That's pretty much it.
